Tasting Notes : Brilliant ruby-coloured with violet reflections. Aromas of red and black fruit (cherry and blueberry) on a fragrant floral (violet) and citrus (orange peel) background. Herbal, dairy (strawberry yogurt) and balsamic (mint) notes. On the palate, it is well-balanced, smooth and fruity. Long finish reminiscent of anise.
